Buying with Confidence: What to Check Before Ordering from Zakota

1. Check condition and known flaws

Look for a specific condition description and any disclosed marks, wear, missing parts or limitations. Photographs help, but they cannot confirm everything about a product. If a detail is marked unverified, contact us before buying rather than assume it has been checked.

2. Confirm what is included

Check the included-items section for accessories, cables, controllers, packaging or attachments. A photograph may show an item from several angles; it does not necessarily mean the listing includes several units. Ask us when quantity or accessories are unclear.

3. Check size and compatibility

Compare confirmed measurements with the space or item you plan to use. For electronics, check the exact model, power requirements and compatible connections. Zakota accepts orders within Pakistan and offers cash on delivery. Review your delivery address, payment method and the displayed shipping charge before placing an order. Keep your order number so you can request help or track your order.

5. Read the return conditions

Return or refund claims must be made within three days of delivery. For eligible defective or wrong items, Zakota pays delivery both ways and refunds the amount paid. Take photos or video while unboxing. Customer-caused damage is excluded. Change-of-mind returns require the product to arrive in the same condition; the customer pays delivery both ways and receives the full product-price refund.
