Orders and customer support

When you shop or contact us, we use the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, purchased items, order notes and payment references. We use it to process orders, arrange delivery, confirm payments, provide support and handle returns and refunds. Refund handling may require your bank, Easypaisa or JazzCash payment details. Please never send a banking password, PIN or one-time security code.

Service providers

Our store runs on WordPress and WooCommerce. Hosting, website, email, spam-prevention and delivery services may process information needed to provide their services. Relevant order and address details are shared with delivery providers to fulfil your order. Bank payments are handled through your banking service; Zakota checks payment references to confirm receipt.

Cookies, statistics and embedded content

The website uses cookies and similar technologies for shopping-cart sessions, sign-in and website functionality. Website statistics and marketing integrations may also process visitor and device information. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect shopping or sign-in. Embedded third-party content can collect information under its provider’s policies.

Comments, reviews and messages

Information submitted in comments and reviews may be displayed publicly. IP addresses and browser information may be used for spam detection. An email hash may be used by Gravatar to display an avatar. Avoid including private payment details or addresses in public reviews. Support messages and unboxing evidence are used to investigate your request.

Record retention

Zakota keeps order records indefinitely unless the store owner removes them manually. This supports order history, payment checks and customer support. Other information may remain in website, email and service-provider records according to their settings. Contact us to ask about access, correction or removal of your information; we review requests and any recordkeeping obligations that apply.

Email preferences

Order and support emails relate to your purchases and requests. Marketing messages can be managed using the unsubscribe instructions provided in those messages.
