Zakota aims to describe product qualities and known flaws honestly. Review each listing for condition, included items, size and compatibility. Please ask us about any detail that has not been verified before purchasing.

Delivery within Pakistan

Standard delivery is ₨250 in Faisalabad and elsewhere in Pakistan. Weight and urgency can affect delivery charges. We will confirm any different delivery charge with you before payment; please contact us before sending an advance payment for a heavy item or urgent order.

Same-day delivery in Faisalabad is available by arrangement, subject to confirmation of availability and timing. Contact us before ordering if you require this service. Other delivery estimates depend on your address and courier service.

Payment options

Checkout offers cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. For bank transfer: United Bank Limited (UBL), account title Usman Riaz, IBAN PK29UNIL0109000207444661. Confirm the final total before paying, use your Order ID as the reference, and email your payment reference to usman@zakota.pk. Verify the beneficiary name in your banking app. We dispatch advance-payment orders after payment is confirmed.

Returns and refunds

Contact us within three days after delivery to claim a return or refund. Take photos or video while unboxing and include the evidence with a defect or wrong-item claim. Zakota covers delivery charges both ways and refunds the amount paid for eligible defective or incorrectly supplied products. Customer-caused damage is excluded.

Change-of-mind returns must reach us in the same condition in which the item was sent and received. The customer pays delivery both ways; the full product price is refunded without a deduction.

Refunds are released within seven working days after the returned item is received and checked. COD refunds can be paid by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. Contact us for instructions before returning any item. Read the full returns and refunds policy.
